The PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met Insoles are a Strong, full-length, semi-rigid medical-grade foot support accepted by the American Podiatric Medical Association. The PLUS has a double layer of shock absorbing EVA/VCT foam cushioning for enhanced comfort PLUS a raised Metatarsal Pad. The top of the insole is covered with a friction reducing antimicrobial top fabric. They are ideal for athletic, dress, and casual shoe, as well as boots.
