Regarding customer accounts created prior to August 24, 2021

As part of the launch of this new website, we do want to make you aware that if you are trying to log into an existing TheInsoleStore.com account that was created prior to August 24th, 2021, you'll need to create a new account first. You can find instructions on how to do this here: Creating a new account. Accounts created August 24th and later do not need to be re-created.

Once you have created your new account on our new website, any previous orders associated with the email address on your account will automatically show up in your order history within your account.
