Insoles for Over-Pronation

Orthotic arch supports designed to help prevent over-pronation, the common foot condition where there is excessive inward ankle/foot rolling, and over-flattening of the foot during normal steps.

Over-pronation is the turning inward of the foot at the ankle and the over-flattening of the foot arch, such that you tend to walk predominantly on the inside of your foot when taking steps. When you are walking or running with over-pronation, your arches flatten and stretch more than normal, causing increased strain in your muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Insoles to prevent over-pronation are designed to provide your foot the proper foundation for support, a deep heel cup for stability, an arch support with a semi-rigid orthotic support or rigid orthotic support, to prevent arch collapse and promote proper foot alignment.
