High Arch Insoles

High-arch insoles are designed with an arch support that mostly closely matches the average arch height of a high-arched foot. If you have feet with high arches, these insoles will provide good support for your feet.

If you have medium/neutral-arched feet, a high arch insole will provide more arch support. If you have low-arched feet, a high arch insole will provide much more arch support.

Typically around 30mm, but medium arch insoles can range anywhere from 27mm to 35mm in total arch height.

There’s a simple at-home test you can do to find your foot arch shape called the Wet Test. It involves stepping in a shallow amount of water and stepping on a surface to leave a wet footprint behind (a piece of cardboard, your driveway or sidewalk, or similar). By comparing the shape of the footprint with a visual image of medium, low, and high arch feet, you can determine the arch height of your own foot.
