Shipping policy
Effective May 1st, 2025, we will be changing our free shipping threshold to $29.99. This means that from May 1st onwards, orders $29.99 USD and above will ship free. Unfortunately, rising costs from our supplier partners, combined with increases in shipping rates from all major postal carriers, means that we can unfortunately no longer offer free shipping on some $20-30 items that we have historically offered free shipping on. However, even at $29.99, many of our most popular items still remain eligible for free shipping, and we will continue to offer the same great service when it comes to product selection, delivery, and support.
For a limited time, you can enter "ClaimMyFreeShipping" in the coupon code field during checkout to receive free Standard Shipping on your domestic (U.S.) order.

Where We Ship
We currently ship domestically to most U.S. destinations, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, District of Columbia, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APOs.
We currently ship internationally to the following countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
Free Shipping
Domestic orders with a subtotal of $29.99 or greater qualify for free Standard domestic shipping. The price for Standard shipping will display "Free" during checkout for all orders that qualify.
International orders with a subtotal of $99.00 USD or greater quality for free international shipping. The price for international shipping will display “Free” during checkout for all orders that qualify. Please note that any import duties, fees, and taxes for international shipments are not included in our shipping price, including free shipping.
Same-Day Shipping
All orders placed by 12:00pm (noon) Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be fulfilled and shipped by the end of the very same business day. For orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, we will still attempt same-day shipment of the order but cannot guarantee its shipment the same day; orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Time are guaranteed to ship the next business day at the latest. Orders placed over the weekend or during a federal holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Domestic Shipping Options
Domestic shipping options are available and apply to all shipping destinations within the United States, including all 50 states, all U.S. territories & possessions, APOs, and the Freely Associated States.
Lower 48 & D.C.
Standard Shipping: Orders shipping these destinations for which Standard Shipping is selected during checkout will be shipped via DHL SmartMail Expedited service and are estimated to arrive after 2-5 days in transit plus one day for final delivery.
Expedited Shipping: Orders shipping to these destinations for which Expedited Shipping is selected during checkout will be shipped via DHL SmartMail Expedited Max service and are estimated to arrive after 1-3 days in transit plus one day for final delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the U.S. Virgin Islands
Standard Shipping: Orders shipping these destinations for which Standard Shipping is selected during checkout will be shipped via DHL SmartMail Expedited service and are estimated to arrive after 3-6 days in transit plus one day for final delivery.
Expedited Shipping: Orders shipping to these destinations for which Expedited Shipping is selected during checkout will be shipped via DHL SmartMail Expedited Max service and are estimated to arrive after 2-4 days in transit plus one day for final delivery.
Other U.S. Territories, APOs/FPOs/DPOs, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, & the Republic of Palau
Orders shipping these destinations will be shipped via FedEx Ground Economy service and are estimated to arrive within 10 days after your order has been shipped.
Other Domestic Shipping Information
Orders shipped via DHL SmartMail services will have their final delivery performed by USPS. DHL will carry the package to your local USPS post office, at which point USPS will make the final delivery to your delivery address.
Orders shipped via FedEx Ground Economy to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, Freely Associated States, and APOs will have final delivery performed either by USPS or by FedEx at the discretion of FedEx based on ease of delivery.
Please note that we are unable to offer other carrier options not listed above during checkout at this time. If you are unable to receive USPS shipments for any reason, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order and we’d be happy to work with you as best as possible.
International Shipping Options
International shipping options are available and apply to the following destinations: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
Canada & the United Kingdom
International shipments to these destinations will be shipped via DHL Parcel International Standard service and are estimated to arrive after 4-8 days of transit time plus one day for final delivery.
Australia & New Zealand
International shipments to these destinations will be shipped via DHL Parcel International Direct service and are estimated to arrive after 8-10 days of transit time plus one day for final delivery.
Other International Shipping Information
Orders shipped via DHL international shipping services will have their final delivery performed by your local postal carrier service. DHL will carry the package to your local postal region, at which point your local postal carrier service will make the final delivery to your delivery address.
Not all items are eligible for international shipment.
Please note that import taxes, duties, and other such import/customs fees are not included in our shipping price, including free shipping. Where applicable, any such duties, fees, and taxes are payable directly to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
Please note that we are unable to offer other carrier options not listed above during checkout at this time. We are also currently unable to offer international shipping to other countries and regions not listed above, but are working to expand our available shipping destinations. If we currently do not ship to your country and you would like us to contact you when shipping is available, please contact our customer support team.
Shipment Tracking Information
Package tracking information, including package carrier and tracking number, will be delivered via email at the time of shipment to the email address provided to us on your order during checkout. All orders receive shipping with delivery confirmation up to the point of delivery. If no email address is provided during checkout, or if an incorrect email address is provided, you may not receive your tracking information.
Delivery Estimates and Guarantees
Transit time and delivery estimates as outlined in this policy are based on general transit and delivery timeframe estimates as provided to us by our package carrier partners.
Most carriers will provide a more specific estimated delivery date for your order once a tracking number has been generated for your order’s shipment. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to receive this estimated delivery date from the carrier based on your shipment tracking details.
Sometimes, packages may be delayed in transit due to a number of factors outside of our control. Please note that we are not responsible for any carrier delays in transit or delivery times, or for any incorrect carrier delivery estimates. Expected delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Fulfillment Delays
TheInsoleStore.com is proud to say that we are able to uphold our same-day shipping promise 99.99% of the time. However, if there is ever an issue that prevents us from adhering to our same-day shipping promise, we will contact you immediately via the contact information provided to us on your order to let you know, as well as to reach a resolution regarding how you would like the delay to be handled.
For fulfillment delays that are caused by circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather, address inaccuracies, or other such circumstances, TheInsoleStore.com is not responsible for such delays, and your order will be shipped as soon as we are able.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders are scheduled to be fulfilled within 1-2 hours after being placed. Once your order has been placed, please check your order details and your order confirmation to ensure that all information on your order is correct, such as your shipping address, ordered product(s), and product options (size, color, etc.). If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary corrections to your order prior to the order being fulfilled.
Once your order has been sent to fulfillment, we are unlikely to be able to make any changes to your order, even if the order has yet to be assigned a shipment tracking number.
Lost Packages
In the event that you believe your package to have been lost in transit, please contact our customer support team and we’d be more than happy to help you. Please allow 24 hours after a package has been marked “delivered” by the package carrier to allow for delivery; sometimes a carrier may pre-mark a package as delivered prior to actually making the delivery. If your package has been marked “delivered” for over 24 hours without you receiving it, or if your package has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier, please let us know and we’d be happy to assist.
Shipping Address Accuracy & Validation
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided to us during checkout is accurate and valid. If you notice after placing your order that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately so that we can update the address information prior to the shipment of your order. We are not able to update shipping information once the package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
If we notice, during the shipment of your package, that the address provided to us on your order is invalid (for instance, an incorrect city/state and ZIP code combination was provided), we will attempt to contact you for clarification on the correct address prior to shipment. Please note that we will be unable to ship your package in such cases until we have received the correct shipping address information from you.
In the event that you enter an inaccurate or unserviceable shipping address during checkout and that address is otherwise valid (for example, missing an apartment number, or using an incorrect house number), TheInsoleStore.com will only be able to attempt a reshipment of your order to an updated address if and once your original shipment is returned to us. In many cases, the package will be returned to us automatically. TheInsoleStore.com will only attempt to reship your order to an alternate address once. If your package shipped to an invalid address is not returned to us as undeliverable and is instead delivered to the address provided to us during checkout, we will not reship the order and are not responsible for the misdelivery.
Packages Returned to Sender
If we receive a package that was unable to be delivered and therefore marked “Return to Sender,” we will contact you upon receipt of the return in order to obtain more information to make a new shipment attempt. If we are unable to contact you regarding an updated address for reshipment, your order will be considered a return and a refund processed to your original payment method in accordance with our return policy.
Unclaimed Packages
In some circumstances, your local post office or customs office may hold your package and require a direct pickup of your order. It is your responsibility to review your package tracking information and to know if your order requires an in-person pickup. If your order remains unclaimed from the carrier and is returned to us as a result, please know that a restocking fee will be deducted from your resulting order refund upon arrival back to us.
