Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
1. No purchase necessary to enroll in our Rewards Program. The only requirement for participation in the Rewards Program is a customer account on our website.
- Account information will be used to track points earnings and redemptions.
- You must be signed into your account to redeem points for rewards.
- Points earned and rewards redeemed under one account cannot be transferred to a different account.
2. The amount of points earned when making a purchase is based on your order subtotal.
- Shipping and taxes are excluded from points earning calculations.
3. Points expire one year after being earned.
- Actions taken to earn points, such as making a purchase or leaving a review, reset the expiry date of your points.
4. Refunds will subtract from the available rewards points balance for the account for which the refund is processed.
- Refunds affect point balances at the same rate as earning points for spend.
- This applies to all refunds, including product returns and courtesy refunds.
5. Rewards given as coupon codes cannot be combined with other coupon codes during checkout.
- Only one coupon code can be used per transaction.
6. Rewards redeemed are subject to expiry one year after redemption if unused.
- If you wish to undo a redemption, please contact our support team.
7. We reserve the right to suspend any account's participation in our Rewards Program for any reason and at any time.
- If your account is suspended from our Rewards program, please contact our support team.
8. Our Rewards Program is subject to change at any time.
- We continuously look to improve our offerings and customer experience. As such, we may make changes to the ways our Rewards Program functions from time to time.
- Earnings and rewards are only guaranteed to be available as advertised at the time of earning or redemption.
- Rewards earned through points redemption will not be changed. Once you redeem points for a reward, that reward remains with your account.
