Standing for long periods at a time can create a number of different pain points and discomfort. This mostly leads to sore feet, especially in the arch and heel of the foot, as well as knee pain, hip pain, and back pain. Sore feet from standing is mostly attributable to a lack of good support and cushioning, while knee, hip, and back pain is often caused by improper foot support leading to poor posture and/or misaligned hips.
