Starting with the top, the insole top cover is made from a durable fabric in Spenco's classic green color that will help reduce friction against the bottom of the foot. The cushioning is made from Spenco's proprietary Spencore material, a moderately dense foam cushioning material that helps alleviate pressure on the foot while also absorbing impact shock. The yellow base of the insole is made from lightweight Polysorb polyurethane foam, which provides gentle, cushioned support for the heel and arch. The Spencore foam is exposed at the heel and the forefoot to ensure maximum shock absorption where the foot strikes the ground.
