The Soft Gel surrounds the toe post for extra between-toe cushioning while preventing abrasion and rubbing. The clear gel pad provides cushioning for the forefoot and helps prevent burning in the ball of foot. They are made from a 100% silicone and are hand washable. These inserts measure 3.5 inches x 2.5 inches. One size fits all.
