Overview

The Spenco Total Support Run Insoles were built specifically for running and are designed to provide the ultimate comfort and support for avid runners looking to ensure proper foot support, stability, and cushioning during their runs. With a decoupled arch support that allows the heel to flex separately from the arch, dedicated heel and ball-of-foot padding, and a semi-rigid arch support that flexes with your foot, these insoles will ensure that your insoles keep your feet supported without getting in the way. For the ultimate run performance support insole, the Total Support Run are an excellent choice!

Description

The insoles are covered in a patterned fabric top-cover that will help control odors, reduce foot friction to prevent blisters, and wick away perspiration in order to keep your feet cool and dry throughout your runs. Multi-density cushioning throughout the body of the insole will help to absorb impact shock, alleviate pressure, and provide energy return to maximize your run efficiency — all while maintaining a low profile suitable for most running shoes. The semi-rigid arch support is completely separate from the heel, allowing for natural foot movement during running strides will still ensuring that the arch of the foot stays supported and controlled. Strike padding under the heel and ball-of-foot absorb impact shock where your feet need it the most, while air channels throughout the insole help circulate air to keep your feet cool.

Care:

Your insoles should be allowed to air dry within your shoes when not being worn. To clean your insoles, use a mild detergent and damp cloth to spot-clean any dirt. Do not submerge your insoles in water. Air dry outside of your shoes after cleaning.

Returns:
