What styles of socks do you carry?
The socks we carry are designed to promote and improve foot health and will generally help in providing additional foot support, promoting circulation, and enhancing foot cushioning for increased comfort.
What are the benefits of supportive socks?
What are the benefits of supportive socks?
Supportive socks are able to provide cushioning and support for your feet at all times while wearing the socks, whereas arch support insoles and orthopedic footwear only provide cushioning and support while you're wearing your shoes. Supportive socks are a great way to ensure that your feet remain supported throughout the day even when not wearing your shoes.
Can I wear supportive socks with my arch support insoles or orthopedic footwear?
Can I wear supportive socks with my arch support insoles or orthopedic footwear?
Yes, and in most cases wearing both will provide enhanced comfort and support beyond what just an arch support insole or orthopedic shoe might be able to provide on its own.
What's the different between no-show, 1/4-crew, and crew socks?
What's the different between no-show, 1/4-crew, and crew socks?
No-show socks rise to just below the ankle, such that when you wear shoes over them the socks are mostly not visible. 1/4-crew socks rise to about ankle-height, and crew socks rise to the calf.
What size sock should I purchase?
What size sock should I purchase?
Generally speaking, you should purchase the size sock that most closely corresponds to the shoe size you wear most often. If you typically wear a Men's 10 shoe and your sock size options are for a "Men's 7-9" or "Men's 10-12," you should go for the "Men's 10-12" size.
That said, supportive socks like those we carry tend to fit snugly in order to best support the foot. If you prefer your socks to fit more loosely and your shoe size is nearly between two sizes, you can try sizing up for a little extra room.
We never recommend sizing down to the next smallest size. Since our socks already are sized to fit closely against the foot, sizing down would almost certainly make the socks uncomfortably tight.
What happens if I'm not 100% sure I'll like my new socks?
What happens if I'm not 100% sure I'll like my new socks?
Some of our socks are covered by a Wear Test Guarantee, which allows you to wear and use the socks for a certain amount of time while still allowing you to return the socks for any reason as long as your return is started within that time window. This is a great way to try out a new sock while still being able to make a return if it just doesn't work out for you.
Socks without a Wear Test Guarantee cannot be returned for any reason. If a sock you're interested in doesn't have a Wear Test Guarantee and you have questions about the product before you purchase, please contact our Customer Support team!
