Description

This heel lift is made up of multiple layers of firm, clear vinyl that stick together to create the complete heel lift. Each layer adds 1mm to the total height of the lift, and layers can be added or removed as necessary in order to create the correct lift height and lift angle for your feet. Each subsequent layer downwards is slightly shorter than the previous layer, which ensures that the finished wedge creates a nicely taped shape with a tapered edge that ensures a smooth fit when placed in your shoes.

Sizing

For the best fit, we recommend purchasing the size that corresponds with the width of the heel of the shoe you plan to use the inserts in. For convenience, we have provided the typical corresponding shoe sizes for each size insert.

  • Small: Measures 2⅛ inches wide. Typically fits shoe sizes Men's 5-6/Women's 4-7.5.
  • Medium: Measures 2⅜ inches wide. Typically fits shoe sizes Men's 6.5-8.5 / Women's 8-10. 
  • Large: Measures 2¾ inches wide. Fits shoe sizes Men's 9+ / Women's 10.5+.

Usage:

This adjustable heel lift is composed of multiple individual layers that can be separated or combined to change the overall heel lift height provided. Use all layers to provide a total of 12mm of total lift, or remove layers as necessary to remove 1mm of height for each layer removed. By combining layers in different combinations, you can change the total height and angle of the heel lift to your preference.

Item can be used atop or below your shoe insoles, but we typically recommend placing them below the insole where possible.

These inserts generally require no trimming to achieve the correct fit. However, in the event that these lifts need to be trimmed, you can trim each layer by carefully using scissors or a razor blade to remove parts of the layer as necessary.

Care:

Each individual layer can be easily cleaned using simple soap and water, or other common vinyl-safe cleaning products such as glass/window cleaner. Allow each layer to completely dry after cleaning. If you find that the layers are not sticking together well, cleaning the layers often causes the layers to stick together better.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for this item after the item has been removed from its original packaging. Please examine the product upon delivery before fitting into your shoes.

Returns:

All products — except for gift cards, clearance items, and closeout items — may be returned within 60 days of delivery so long as the product is in brand-new, unworn, unused condition and is returned in the original product condition along with all of the original product packaging and labels.

For products with wear-test guarantees (see above), the product can be returned even if used/worn so long as your return is created before the end of the wear-test guarantee period, which begins upon delivery of the item.
