Overview:

The Pedag Perfect Heel Cushion is an anatomically shaped heel padding designed to support the weight of the body and provide a comfortable bed for the heel. They are made with a soft heel pad covered with a vegetable tanned leather and latex bottom. The genuine leather will help to absorb moisture while the self adhesive backing will ensure they stay in place.

The heel absorbs our full body weight as we stand or move. Considering that the heel withstands up to 2 1/2 times our weight as we walk and up to 3 1/2 times our weight as we run, it is easy to understand how, when stressed, heel pain can develop. This pain often radiates to the ankle, knee and hip joints and also to the lumbar and cervical vertebrae. This naturally can cause pain in our joints, spine and heels.
