The FORM Maximum Support Insoles offer semi-rigid arch support, a deep heel cup, and a moderate amount of dense foam cushioning throughout to ensure that you have excellent all-over foot support throughout your day. What makes the FORM insoles stand out from other similar designs is that the FORM insoles are heat-moldable, which means that you can achieve a custom-fit feel from day 1 of wearing the insoles.

Looking at the insole from top to bottom, you'll first see that the insole is covered in a durable fabric that helps wick away moisture from your feet to keep your feet cool and dry. The body of the insole consists of a dense foam cushioning that will provide all over foot support and moderate pressure relief from heel to toe. On the underside of the arch support you'll find the temperature indicator sticker, which changes color during the heat-molding process to indicate when the insoles have been sufficiently heated and are ready to be molded. The entire underside of the insole is covered in a thin shell that will provide added durability and firm foot support.

  • Heat-molding is not a requirement to using these insoles. They can be used out of the box without heat-molding without any issue.
  • To heat mold these insoles, follow all manufacturer heat-molding directions, which will be included in the product box.

Usage:

These insoles are designed to replace your existing shoe insoles and should be trimmed to ensure the best fit in your shoes. Read more about trim-to-fit insoles in our Trim to Fit Instructions.

These insoles are heat-moldable. This means that they can be heated and subsequently worn to achieve a custom-fit feel from the first time you wear them. Heat molding is not required to use this product. Always follow manufacturer molding directions. For more information on heat-molding insoles, check out our Heat Mold Instructions.

Care:

Your insoles should be allowed to air dry within your shoes when not being worn. To clean your insoles, use a mild detergent and damp cloth to spot-clean any dirt. Do not submerge your insoles in water. Air dry outside of your shoes after cleaning.

This product has a 100-day Wear-Test Guarantee. This means that you can wear & use the product for up to 100 days from the date you receive it and still be able to return it if it doesn't suit your needs. More about our Wear Test Guarantees.

Returns:

All products — except for gift cards, clearance items, and closeout items — may be returned within 60 days of delivery so long as the product is in brand-new, unworn, unused condition and is returned in the original product condition along with all of the original product packaging and labels.
