The Birkenstock Birko Natural Insoles are a 3/4-length, cushioned arch insole that is ideal for flat, low and neutral arch types. The Birkenstock Birko Natural Insoles provide a heel cup for natural cushioning and shock absorption, natural contoured arch support for longitudinal medial arch support, and a low impact metatarsal support. They are constructed of Birkenstock's patented unique blend of natural cork and jute, making up the BirkoCork Footbed, soft durable latex inner core foam, and a 100% leather lined top-cover.
