FORM Maximum Support Insole

The FORM Maximum Support Insoles offer semi-rigid arch support, a deep heel cup, and a moderate amount of dense foam cushioning throughout to ensure that you have excellent all-over foot support throughout your day. What makes the FORM insoles stand out from other similar designs is that the FORM insoles are heat-moldable, which means that you can achieve a custom-fit feel from day 1 of wearing the insoles.

Looking at the insole from top to bottom, you'll first see that the insole is covered in a durable fabric that helps wick away moisture from your feet to keep your feet cool and dry. The body of the insole consists of a dense foam cushioning that will provide all over foot support and moderate pressure relief from heel to toe. On the underside of the arch support you'll find the temperature indicator sticker, which changes color during the heat-molding process to indicate when the insoles have been sufficiently heated and are ready to be molded. The entire underside of the insole is covered in a thin shell that will provide added durability and firm foot support.

• Heat-molding is not a requirement to using these insoles. They can be used out of the box without heat-molding without any issue.
• To heat mold these insoles, follow all manufacturer heat-molding directions, which will be included in the product box.
