The OC9 1/4 Inch Foam Heel Lifts are a cushioned heel lift insert that features a self-adhesive backing to ensure that they stay in place. They are made with poron and feature a left, right design for each foot.

- Small: Women's 4-6 - 6 mm thickness, measures 2.5 inches length x 2.4 inches wide
- Medium: Men's 5-7 / Women's 7-9 - 6 mm thickness, 2.6 inches length x 2.5 inches wide
- Large: Men's 8-11 / Women's 10+ - 6 mm thickness, 3 inches length x 2.8 inches wide
