The ORoller is an effective massage therapy tool that can be used either to give a heat massage or a cold massage. Simply fill the roller with warm or cold water and use to help relieve pain and discomfort. The massage roller pivots 60 degrees to the left or right for hard to reach pain areas and helps improve blood flow and circulation. Great for targeted pain relief through heat or cold therapy.

Heat Therapy Directions:

• Fill roller ¾ (75%) full with warm tap water and replace stopper firmly
• For additional warmth, immerse in heated water
• Do not microwave

Cold Therapy Directions:

• Fill roller ¾ (75%) full with warm tap water and replace stopper firmly
• Place roller in freezer until cooled or frozen (approximately 2 hours)
• Works best when partially full
• Do not overfill
