The massage roller pivots 60 degrees to the left or right for hard to reach pain areas and helps improve blood flow and circulation. Great for targeted pain relief through heat or cold therapy.

- Simply fill the roller with cold or warm water - roller can even be placed in freezer

Ideal For:

Heat Therapy Directions:
- Fill roller ¾ (75%) full with warm tap water and replace stopper firmly
- For additional warmth, immerse in heated water
- Do not microwave
Cold Therapy Directions:
- Fill roller ¾ (75%) full with warm tap water and replace stopper firmly
- Place roller in freezer until cooled or frozen (approximately 2 hours)
- Works best when partially full
- Do not overfill
