Spenco Cross Trainer Insoles -A Great Cushioned Insole for Foot Pain Relief

Posted on

"Due to my low arches, I need insoles to exercise without pain. I've used different ones in the past (most recently Superfeet in my cross-trainers and running shoes) but always had a little discomfort due to lack of cushioning. I've been using the Spenco Polysorb Cross Trainer Insoles for the past few weeks and have no complaints. I haven't tried running with them yet, but will attempt it soon. I also bought a pair for my mom and she's very happy with them. I usually don't write reviews, but I just had to for these insoles." -JV The Spenco Polysorb...

"The Currex Runpro Insoles have got to be the best flexible insoles with an orthotic arch support that I've ever seen on the market. As an active runner, I'm impress with the flexible heel. Typically, the orthotic arch supports available on the market are an in-flexible one piece orthotic arch from heel to forefoot and totally work against the very dynamics of running shoes and the natural gait of one's foot. Thank you to TheInsoleStore.com" for recommending the Runpro Insoles. They are a thin, Light, orthotic support for my high arch, and no more clunking around with the old style...

Shoe Insoles for the Minimalist & Tight-Fitting Shoe Runner

Posted on

There has been alot of talk about 'barefoot running' and 'minimalist running' shoes in the running and jogging communities. Everyone has their opinion as to what is proper form and function of the mechanics of how one's foot and skeletal structure is built to run and what level of support, cushion, and protection a foot should have. Truth be known, foot injuries occur with any style and protection (at some level) certainly is hard to argue against. Regardless, at TheInsoleStore.com, we assist our clients as they see fit with shoe insoles, inserts, and orthotic arch supports for all levels of...
